Lao Tzu said that “a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” Today, I invite you to take a step. You don’t have to solve all the problems of the world. Just take one step. Saying affirmations out loud several times really reinforces these positive beliefs. They will come to mind at surprising moments through the day. The more natural the affirmation feels for you, the more aligned you are to the intention.
