Balance

Balance in me greets balance in you. Namaste is a state of perfect equilibrium; mind, body and spirit in balance. The storms and changes of life can’t shake this balance. Not even a leaf stirs on the well rooted tree that is your balance. It is a pond without the slightest ripple. It is the silence of a star filled sky. Balance is aware of change and upset, but refuses to chase the circumstance. Balance knows that all things change, even crisis, and remains calm and centred.
